Geocache Description:

A medium sized cache, parking is on the road. The cache is not on the building. Sorry about signal bounce.

The Samuel D. Outlaw Memorial is dedicated to an African American civic pioneer of Onancock. After coming to Onancock in 1927 he worked in this shop. Besides the usual blacksmithing duties, he worked to keep the watermen and farmers at their tasks. He worked here in Onancock for 65 years.
A unactivated FTF geocoin is there for the first finder.
