This cache is located on the parking lot border.
This cache is located in the woods of Bella Vista, the library is tucked within the trees. It is really a pretty location.
*EDIT 4/1* - It's no joke! The library cache is back! BUT my project for this hide will be postponed, but in the meantime, I've rehidden this cache in a new, but close location. I've updated the coordinates.
Permission was given to place this cache outside the Library. Although it's POA only for checking books out, it is open to the public for book sales and fairs that may be going on at any given time.
