Congratulations to Kirchbach on the FTF!
Twice annually the Washington State Patrol hold training for the drug enforcement officers and new cadets to teach them how to tell if drivers are driving under the influence of alcohol. In order to conduct this training they need drunk people. A few months ago my daughter and I and a couple of friends volunteered to be those drunk people. In honor of all those free cocktails, many breathalizer tests, and several field sobriety tests we all went through that day we placed this cache. The cache is easily accessible along a logging road that runs along the perimeter of the state patrol academy property.
Container is a camouflaged pill bottle.
There is a small reward for FTF....use it to start a fund in case you ever get pulled over by the state patrol and need it to pay your fine!
