TTT stands for Team Twitter Trail. The trail came
into being after a discussion between local geocachers over
Twitter. The Team Twitter Trail is a trail of caches around the
Peterborough Green Wheel cycle network. Caches are placed at
regular intervals along 50 miles of cycleways, footpaths and
bridleways that circle the city of Peterborough and surrounding
villages. Each section of the trail has been placed by a different
member of the team and reflects their own hiding
styles.
It might benefit you to be quite tall with this one. Take
extreme care with geokids next to this road junction. Bring your
own pen. Please be economical with the log.
Drivers - if you're attempting this trail from North to South
i.e. doing 0504 before this and 0506 afterwards, please note there
is a level crossing between 0507 and 0508 that you will possibly
waiting for some time at. You may wish to park just south of here
to attempt this one (it's not easy to turn round after this point),
walk to 0506 and 0507, and then drive round to 0513 before doing
the rest of section 05 in a south to North fashion. If you're
cycling (and you really should be LOL) then you'll obviously be
able to turn in the road where you feel like, but you'll still have
to wait at the crossing unless you turn in the road. It's up to
you.
