This Webcam Cache is located somewhere in Downtown Cleveland. It may be difficult to get a GPS lock here because of the tall buildings, but if you do your homework you won't even need to use a GPS. This makes a great Lunchbreak or nighttime cache.
The way the webcam cache works is this. You go to the cache coordinates... then you have a friend go to this website.

Have the friend steer the webcam to to find the sign pictured in the image associated with this cache. Stand next to this street sign and have your friend take your picture. To take a picture hit alt-printscreen. Then use an image editor like photoshop or Irfanview IrfanView to crop the image.
Please be sure to post the image as proof of your find!
Robocam allows people to move the camera around and zoom in, so your friend will have to do some hunting also!
When you log the find on the site, please include better coordinates in your posting. Also please tell me by what method (GPSR, WAAS?, Averaging) you got your coordinates.
