Always #30 -- Revised Traditional Cache
TheJump: Came to check on this one today and the cache was still there but the mechanism it was attached to had moved some 200 feet away. I've decide to archive this one because it keeps moving. Both the mechanism of its attachment AND the hide itself. Thanks for all the logs.

The ALWAYS series was brought to Wilkes-Barre by Stiffler back in 2005 with the placement of GCRRKW. It has had a long history and others have worked to keep it alive. It is with honor that I replace that cache with this one.
Do not stick your hand where there are possibly live wires ... the cache is not in there!
