This cache is placed on the road to Get Well Nimby. When I got that one, I didn't see anything of the patient, so as I left, I thought perhaps he needed another one.
This a larger than pill bottle cache. It is suspended and the base unscrews to reveal the log. It's a rather traditional hide. There is room for small trade items but you will have to add those.
