Stephanie Cmar, a Marblehead native, has always been passionate about cooking and began working in the food industry when she was 14 years old.
In 2008, Stephanie graduated from Johnson & Wales University and returned to Boston to begin her career at Top of the Hub. After working as sous chef at Ivy Restaurant in Downtown Crossing, Stephanie joined B&G Oysters in 2009 as line cook and was quickly promoted to sous chef.
In 2010, Stephanie joined Stir, Barbara Lynch's demonstration and instruction kitchen, as sous chef and now oversees all aspects of the kitchen.
