PART ONE OF THE "SUPERHERO" SERIES
At the start of a small footpath in a residential area, very close to a number of footpaths taking you across towards Watnall and beyond.
Simple cache, no space for a pencil so bring your pen/pencil to sign the log. Not suitable for trackables or other items.
Kimberley is a town in Nottinghamshire, 6 miles northwest of Nottingham along the A610. The town grew as a centre for coal mining, brewing and hosiery. There is the old (now disused) Hardy and Hansen's Brewery that stands proud in the centre of Kimberley. A pleasant small town surrounded by great country walks. A nice community spirit and home to the annual pram race in the summer!
Cache is easily accessible for most, kids and dogs are welcome but be careful of the road. Nice easy start to the series...hopefully :-)
The names of the cache's are inspired by our son's enjoyment of superheroes and he chooses the names of each one as we go.
