BerkeleyBoomers: My goodness, this area has changed a lot since I retired. Not only is the cache not here, the parking lot isn't either! And though there was a construction project, that seven story building just burned down!

Discovered this spot while looking for a place for another cache. Then had to come up with a cache to go with the spot.
Stealth mandatory. Replace exactly as you found it, and hopefully that's how it was originally placed.
