Gamble Pond is across the highway to the north in McGowan Park. Originally we had placed this in a spot where you could see the pond. Then we discovered it was near a large red ant nest! It's now on the uphill side of the trail.
Although Kamloops is reaching cache saturation there is still a need for some new caches close to home. These three caches fit between two existing in a city green space. There are well defined trails and the caches are just off the path. You can park near 'Highlands' GCJGB6 on Aberdeen Drive or come in from the top at the end of Telford Drive.
