Cache Effect: From your log you do not intend to replace this one.
The temporarily Disable function is to allow the cache owner the opportunity to fix/replace their cache but if the owner doesn't intend to replace it then the cache needs to be archived to permanently remove it from the site and open the area up for a new cache.
If I am archiving your cache in error please contact me A.S.A.P. and I would be happy to unarchive it.
