At this popular stopover on the iconic Birdsville Track there is an oasis-like wetland with diverse vegetation and an array of birdlife to enjoy. The station has provided hot and cold showers, a spa and flushing toilets. Luxury.
So why stop and soak away those travel stresses in a warm artesian spa bath. The bath takes about 20 minutes to fill and you can set your own temperature.
By the way who remembers Clayton's the non alcholic liquor promoted by Jack Thompson. Did anyone actually drink it.
Please check road conditions and follow the safety practices for outback travel. Your vehicle should be properly prepared with suitable spares, food and water.
