Lynches River County Park is a 676-acre county park 10 miles south of Florence, SC. Located on the Lynches River in the Pee Dee region, this popular day use park features a river swamp with towering cypress trees, as well as sand hills, offering a wide variety of vegetation. Popular activities include visiting the Environmental Discovery Center, canoeing and kayaking, camping, archery, nature trails, picnicking and multiple geocaching opportunities.
The park is open daily from 9am to sunset except Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas day.
