Geocache Description:

This is the continuation of a series for, regrettably, the growing list of fallen heroes in the War on Terror from the Greater Los Angeles area.

Located at the only clear roadside view of Stone Canyon Reservoir, along Stradella. When you find this little treasure, perhaps you will take a moment to browse the contents of the cache. What were you doing when you were in your 20s? I was in college and working PT at an ice rink in Santa Monica, later for Hughes Aircraft Co.

GZ is along a "mountain-canyon" road, so it's narrow, winding with occasional crazy drivers: USE CAUTION! You COULD park near the cache, but if you intend to stop for any period of time, please park in a LEGAL parking spot just a very short distance away. If you've never been up in this area before, you might want to bring a camera! This spot, because it is a scenic "stop", may be frequently inhabited with muggle couples!

It is an easy find, no bush whacking needed, but beware of snakes if you venture beyond GZ! BYOP. PLEASE PUT THE CONTAINER BACK EXACTLY AS YOU FOUND IT, THANK YOU!

The area is patrolled by private security in yellow vehicles.
