Geocache Description:

An easy stroll from the Chilterns Gateway Centre. Lots of parking available. The cache is a camouflaged lunchbox. This is a popular area so beware of muggles!

This is the first in a trail of caches telling some of the history of Dunstable Downs. An easy walk from the Chilterns Gateway Centre, this cache is hidden slightly off the multi user trail, an easy access track that runs along the top of the Downs with stunning views all year round.

The cache is a clip lunch-box covered in camouflage tape, not immediately visible but quite easy to uncover.

Lots of parking is available in the area. Free to National Trust members and Blue Badge holders. £2 per day for all others from 10am to 6pm.

GPS devices are now available to borrow from the Chilterns Gateway Centre so you can introduce your friends and family to geocaching too!
