The geocache a labled click lock container with logbook and a few swaps and is on the top of Bienn Fhada which at 3,386 feet is a Munro mountain in the Kintail area of the Scottish West coast.
In attempting this cache you must take responsibility for your own wellbeing, take all the correct precautions for such an endeavor and go well equipped for whatever these mountains can throw at you.
Beinn Fhada is Scottish Gaelic for long mountain its other name is Ben Attow, the route I took up Beinn Fhada is from Morvich to the north-west. The route is straightforward enough, there is a large burn to negotiate, could be a problem after heavy rains, and the final accent is rather boggy, the path fades in and out so navigation skills are needed.
There a a couple of nice falls and a great little corrie to be appreciated along the way.
Many thanks to Rule Anderson and all at the National Trust for Scotland, for the permission to place this cache.
