Hi,
It has been brought to my attention the 4th stage of the above multi cache is was spray painted on a pre-existing object very much like graffiti. Defacing public or private property should never be done in order to hide a clue or place a cache. Such actions represent geocaching in an unfavorable light to the general public. Please rework stage 4 of your cache to something that is not graffiti. This could be something as simple as micro container or a small piece of plastic with coordinates hidden somewhere. Alternatively you could eliminate that stage from your multi cache.
Please make every attempt to remove the paint without doing further damage. Let me know when you have completed this.

The above email was sent to the owner of this cache on Dec 19, 2011 and went unanswered. The owner having chosen not to respond places me in the unfortunate position where I have no options and must archive this cache.
Should the cache owner wish to address the graffiti issues with this cache he/she should email me through my profile. If it meet the current guidelines I'd be happy to unarchive the cache.
