Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Coexist Series Power Trail. This series is for educational and historical purposes only, to teach you about various mythological Deities and symbology across the globe.

According to Hindu philosophy, Chakra is a concept referring to wheel-like vortices which are believed to exist in the surface of the etheric double of man.

Most Tantric and Yogic traditions of Hinduism and Buddhism publically recognize seven Chakras, located along the spine. Listed, from lowest to highest, these Chakra are Muladhara or base, Swadhisthana or sacral, Manipura or solar plexus, Anahata or heart, Vishuddha or throat, Ajna or third eye and Sahasrara or crown.

According to WisdomsDoor author Tom DeLiso, the first of the spiritual chakra, numbered eight, sits above the 7th chakra about two feet. It is the energy center of divine love, of spiritual compassion and spiritual selflessness. It also is the chakra that holds your karmic residue -- those energy patterns that you have held on to for more than one lifetime. When the eighth center begins to open up and expand, a new spiritual awareness begins to take shape. The individual begins to sense himself or herself as part of a larger community of people. This chakra is the gateway to other ideas, concepts and and abilities. This center enables the individual to achieve out of body projection, spiritual perception, and spiritual wisdom.

Tom goes on to say that the Eighth Chakra is the gateway to your Self as it expands past the planet. Thus, this chakra is the last energy center that holds anything human within it. It, therefore, becomes the temple of human cleansing and the releasing of patterns that are lifetimes old and worn out. These patterns are the last of what holds you to the reincarnation system and your humanness and keeps you from uniting with higher powers, beings, and ideas. When this center opens up, you not only begin to take on an awareness to this larger community of energies, but you begin to shed those patterns that have kept you rooted to the planet. This shedding is a natural process, as once this center is awakened, the individual is ready to let go of his/her humanity and grasp onto something larger, much more wonderful, and infinitely divine.

Disclaimer:
Do not approach this series lightly. If this were only a 500' bushwhack, I would call it hellish. The roots will trip you, the branches will shred you and poke your eyes, and the insects will consume you. But it's not 500'. It's over 12 bloody miles! I highly recommend you bring snake boots, lots of water, long pants, long sleeve shirt, lots of water, good hat, pokey stick, lots of water, spare everything, bug spray, lots of water, writing utensils, cell phone, lots of water.
Did I mention bring lots of water?

You may find a laminated clue slip in this cache. If you do, you might want to solve the riddle. This will help you locate the Gaia puzzle cache nearby. Please leave clue slips in the caches you find them in.
