This should be a simple P&G. Please use stealth when searching for the cache, especially if you don't have a dog! Please place back in original spot. The location is on Bloomington park land. BYOP!

As a new dog owner, we have been visiting this destination a lot. Coordinates verified on multiple days with 3 GPS devices (hopefully they are close).
