Welcome to Southwinds at Murphy's Landing. This is where Team Ringo currently calls home. You should be able to park alongside the pond at the entrance of the subdivision and walk to GZ pretty easily. Requires some stealth as its a fairly busy area between the traffic and many muggles out and about depending on the time of day.
Team Ringo's second cache and slightly trickier than our first over on Buck Creek Trail. This one will take a little more investigating and won't be as obvious, as its not your standard container.
Overall an easy grab (once you find it) that is loaded up with several dollar store type trinkets for the kiddos (or young at heart!). Logbook and pencil inside as well.
Bumped the difficulty rating up to 2 for this one because of the slight increase in stealth required. Keep an eye out for muggles!
Once you've completed your mission there are a few more caches in the area and soon to be more as soon as I get a couple of series placed!
