coupleofbucks: This was a cache that had many, many visitors and provided a temporary home for weary travel bugs. But alas it was visited by non-geocachers who took the bugs home with them. Then even the tall snack jar came up missing. We therefore regret that we must close the hotel and build in a new spot. Thanks to all cachers who stopped in to visit. We feel the saddest for the TB owners who lost their trackables.

Geocache Description:

You are looking for a partially camoflaged, tall plastic snack jar with a screw on/off lid. Parking is available on the limestone driveway adjacent to (north of) ground zero. There is no need to park on the roadway or any private or business property.

If you have been looking for a nice sized, sealed container to drop off weary travel bugs, coins or any trackable items, you've come to the right place. We will take good care of them until they are rested and ready to pack up and continue their journey.

Trading of swag and trackable items is encouraged. If you take something please leave something in it's place of equal value for someone else to find, especially trackable items.

There may be muggles in the area so please use stealth in your search. Watch your step as the ground here is uneven and nature's elements could scratch bare skin.

Be certain that the lid for this container is screwed on tightly when closing it up. Place it back exactly where it was found.

Public restrooms, food, and fuel are close by to the north. Across the highway east is another restaurant.
