Brenin Tegeingl: As negotiations with the Forestry Commissions North West England Area, have failed to reach a conclusion satisfactory to both party's. And as negotiations have now ended. This cache in now in place without Landowner Permission,so is being Archived. If in the future negotiations are reopened and reach a satisfactory conclusion, resulting in a Landowner Placement Agreement with the Forestry Commissions North West England Area, the cache will be replaced.

Geocache Description:

As negotiations are on going with the Forestry Commissions NW Area, I'm Temporarily Disabling this cache until they are completed.

In the same area as Yomping in the Forrest was but location has

changed.

The cache is intended to replace the above cache but both the difficulty and terrain ratings have been rated slightly higher at 1.5 each.

The cache is the usual sized tupperware box inside a DPM bag and contains the Log Book, and Goodies.

The cache is hidden in the roots of a fallen tree (plenty of these about). Start your search at the picnick table at co-ords = N53° 14.231 W02° 41.049.
