wb1116: This cache is right on the boundary of two schools. This could potentially cause issue with folk wishing to find the cache during school hours - rummaging around flax bushes when there are children nearby could end up causing unnecessary attention from staff or Police therefore I am taking this opportunity where the cache is currently missing to archive it.
No doubt somebody will place another cache in the park further from the primary and intermediate schools boundary.
