Geocache Description:

An easy to find kid friendly cache, many years ago.... was located in this cute small park, however, doomed ....due to muggle activity, but NOW....that was then no longer the case! and made extremely difficult....but now this virus changed all..its back to an easy kid friendly cache. Suitable parking is close by in obvious location. A very nice short paved walking path, leads you around pond..note date: Sept 24 2020.

Special note [ sept 24..2020 ] to newer and less experienced geocachers: this cache has  been "dummed down" [ made dirt simple ].

It was originally 6 stages long...and VERY difficult to find......but now only 2 stages...real easy, suitable for all...[ the reason for all this: it was very difficult to maintain and ocassionally repair  the many info stages  due to this virus epedemic...many folks allways in this park and the cache checker-upper  pestering me about maintaning every month...!!!  ]

below..copy of the original cache description....

there  are 6 info stations at or very near the listed coords..mostly VERY hard to find...substitute letters for numbers found. 41 23 ABC 73 24 DEF As confirmation, a letter Z and dot precedes info needed. Example: Z. D 9 No microscope or loup needed, as info never less than 1/4 inch in size. 1 41 23.644 73 24.195 2 41 23.641 73 24.243 3 41 23.651 73 24.291 4 41 23.703 73 24.342 5 41 23.741 73 24.365 6 41 23.752 73 24.312 The numbered coordinates above are sequential, just enter all 6 as way-points into your gps and connect the dots..so to speak, go from one to the next, nice little walk around the pond. Best to attempt this cache on a gloomy rainy day, as, due to heavy concentration of muggles on a nice day/weekend....[ especially # 1 location ] you'll run out of excuses explaining what you are doing: finding a clear spot to phone a friend, tying shoelaces, looking for contact lens etc etc.... NOTE NOTE : as of mid summer 2015, the town of bethel does not want out of towners to park here, and us locals need to display a sticker, however, this till now , not enforced!...in case they suddenly do, just park next door..Bennett park and walk across.

Additional Hints (Decrypt)

[this cache has been simplified, now only an easy two stage ..from parking..easy walk to find info for coordinates for final...also nearby in this park.] [ Final actual cache container is] n pnzbhsyntrq cvyy obggyr.... [info stage is not on the ground, so, no pawing about with poison ivy. Info stage is on a man made object. ]
