The annual Lehigh Valley Cacher’s fall picnic is upon us
again. It will be held at the Upper Saucon Park in Center Valley
PA
Time: 11:30 am to 3:30 pm (We do have the pavilion all day long
for you to enjoy)
This is a rain or shine event
The park is opened from dawn to dusk and pets are allowed but must
be on a lease and cleaned up after.
This is a BRING YOUR OWN PICNIC FOOD.
Plans for the day will include a Chinese auction, geoconversation,
and caching as there are several caches on the newly opened
Rails-to-Trails
Donations are highly welcomed for our Chinese auction. Please let
me know what you will be donating so I can make up the bags ahead
of time. The auction will be held at 2:00 pm, so please have your
donations there ½ hour before.
If any one wants to put out any permanent caches for our caching
pleasure, you MUST submit a form to the Upper Saucon or Lower
Saucon Township ahead of time for approval, They have no problem
with caches so long as they know where they are.
