Cache is accessable to everyone granted you have the proper ID requirements to access the base.
You are in the Danish Camp Viking, and you will find this cache just outside the place, where we celebrate White Christ, who conquered Red Thor in ancient times.
Go between the two tents. It is hidden in the folds of the tent to the east. Just loosen the buckles of one of the openings for air condition, which is not used. Inside you find the cache. Please put it back, as you found it!
