Geocache Description:

This is the 3rd installment to my Cipher §series. I hope you have all been paying close attention.

For #3 I¶ will be combining elements from Ciphers §1 & 2 and introducing another component of the trinary system.

Symbols are another way that a message can be encrypted. ¶The symbols are used to represent numbers§ which, in turn, represent lEtters. The symbols can be used as a set or may be mixed§ with symbols from another set as well as numbers. ¶In order for the message to be decryptedþ the reader must first establish what number value each symbol¶ represents.

I am going to be using 3 sets of symbols§. I am only going to give you the values of 1þ set, however, in this cipher. The values of the other 2 sets Iþ have already shown you if you were paying attention. Use the components from Ciphers 1 & 2 in conJunction with the symbols to extract the coordinates to the cache.§

Cipher #4¶ will be coming soon and I will be introducing the use of “keys” which can make a cipher virtually unbreakable. Remember, þwith each new cache I introduce in this series, I have been hiding vital information that is necessary to be able to work future cipheRsþ. I warned you in Cipher 1 that you§ don’t know where or when I will be hiding things. This§ is your final warning to pay close attention to detail!
