Cache Culture - Eine Kleine Multicache, Germany

Usein kätköillessä ulkomailla huomaa, että maan kätkökulttuuri on erityinen. Purkit ovat tietyntyyppisiä, tai tietynlaisia kätköjä suositaan. Joskus jopa kätköjen luokitukset eroavat radikaalisti. On opettavaista tutustua eri maiden kätkökulttuureihin ja oppia niistä omia kätköjä tehdessään. Huonona puolena vain on, että täytyy matkustaa. Mutta ei hätää, tämä kätkösarja esittelee sinulle eri maiden kätköilykulttuureja koto-Suomessa. Huomioithan, että tämän sarjan kätköt ovat vain parin geokätköilijän näkemyksiä eri maiden kätkökulttuureista.

Tämä kätkö
Tämä kätkö esittelee Saksassa tyypillisen multikätkön. Kätkön oikea nimi saksaksi olisi "Ein Kleiner Multicache", mutta nimeä on muutettu hieman paremmin suomalaissuuhun istuvaksi. Multikätköjä on keski-Euroopassa ja Saksassa runsaasti ja monesti kuvauksessa lukee, että lyhyt multikätkö, mutta todellisuudessa kierrettäviä pisteitä on useita. Monet TB -hotellitkin ovat tällaisia jonkin verran aikaa vieviä ja tarkkuutta vaativia laskumulteja. Kätköt usein ovat mikrokokoisia, mutta myös isompia löytyy. Tämä kätkö on reilu regular, johon mahtuu matkalaisia ja vaihtotavaroita. Kätkö saattaa peittyä talvella lumeen.

Listauksen koordinaateista löydät muistolaatan, jossa on kaksi vuosilukua. AAA = Isompi vuosiluku - pienempi vuosiluku.

Täältä löydät pienen punaisen kyltin, jossa on nimi, vuosiluku ja internet-osoite. E = Nimen kirjainten lukumäärä ja F = vuosiluku.

Piste 4
Täältä löydät muistolaatan, jossa on yksi päivämäärä. Poimi päivämäärä talteen seuraavasti: G = päivä H = kuukausi I = vuosi.

Often while geocaching abroad, you notice that there is a certain cache culture in the country. Geocaches are certain types, or certain types of caches are favored. Sometimes even the cache ratings differ radically. It is educative to explore the cache cultures of different countries and learn from them when hiding your own caches. Only downside is that you need to travel. But do not worry, this series introduces you to the cache cultures in different countries here in Finland. Please note that this series of caches are made with views of cache cultures by couple of geocachers.

This cache
This cache introduces a multicache that is typical in Germany and also in other parts of central Europe. The correct German name for the cache would be Ein kleiner Multicache. In many cases the cache description states, that multicache is rather short and easy, but in reality there are several points you have to visit and collect information from. Many TB hotels are also alike, so it is hard to visit them during a short visit to foreign country. Caches are typically micro-sized but there are also larger ones.

This cache is a two liter regular cache so there is some room for travellers and other trading items. The cache might get covered in snow in the winter time.

Please DO NOT spoil stages of the multicache, in order to provide your fellow cachers the same culturel caching experience you had.

From the given coordinates you will find a memorial plate that has two years. AAA = Bigger year - smaller year.

Here you will find three tables. B = How many names there are on the leftmost table? C = How many names there are on the table in the middle? D = How many names there are on the rightmost table?

Here you will find a little red sign that has a name, year and internet address. E = Number of the letters in the name. F = year.

Here you will find a memorial plate that has one date on it. Pick the numbers from the date as follows: G = day H = month I = year.

On this location you will find two memorial plates. J = First year mentioned on upper plate. K = Year mentioned on the lower plate.

Here you will find a memorial plate that is related to Finnish art history. There are two numbers in the plate. L = first number. M = second number.

Here is hidden a note that has a number on it. Let this number be N. Please note that the satellite reception in the area maybe low, so coordinates may be inaccurate. See the hint, if you have difficulties.

Here you will find a rock that has quite discrete memorial plate attached to it. The memorial plate is in quite bad shape, but there are still few words visible. O = (number of letters in the first word + 1) * 23 P = (number of letters in the first word - 3).

Here you will again find a memorial plate. In the plate there is a date mentioned. Pick up the numbers from date as follows: Q = day R = month, S = year.

Stage 10
Here you will find a bunch of plates. Choose the smallest one and count the number of words. Include also the name. T = number of words.

You are already on your way to the cache. However, you still have to take a look at one memorial plate. There are several years mentioned in the plate. Pick up U = first year mentioned and V = last year mentioned.
