Not quite a P&G but for a Paul Douglas hide it should be a Grab and Go.
Believe it or not, you should be able to get to this cache without getting your feet wet. Unless the grass and weeds are wet.
You should be able to follow a nice deer trail off an access road near the parking area.
You are looking for a small camo test tube like container about 2 1/2" long. Blends in quite well but it can be seen. Tube slides into a wire harness.
