Geocache Description:

This multi cache is located inside the boundaries of Jamesville Beach County Park.

This multi will introduce you to a lot of the park most people never see; they are missing some very nice woods.

The Stage2 location (coordinates listed above), will bring you to an area associated with the Frisbee Course. An object here will have the final numbers you need. You are looking for the seconds for the N and W coordinates.
The actual cache is located at:
N 42° 57. _ _ _ W 076° 03. _ _ _.

From here you will travel across a very old steel bridge up through the old quarry. Follow the path half way up the hill where you will find a small trail leading off to your right. Follow this beautiful forested trail down a hill and across a small stream,
then follow the trail to the cache area.

This cache will offer you a walk of just over 2 1/2 miles. The cache is a SS canteen. This cache is a four season cache. You will be close to the park boundary; however, you do not need to go onto private property.

The reservoir was originally constructed to supply water to the Erie Canal in the early 1800’s This park provides a wonderful beach, great walking areas, wide open fields that are used by many local schools during the fall for cross country running events.

There are other caches to find in the park.
