Who would pay $1.00 to buy air?

This is a nano cache in Spencerville, IN. As this is a very well traveled area, extreme caution must be used to hide from the muggles. This is as close to an urban cache as you are going to get in Spencerville but seeing that this is the only place to buy, pretty much anything in Spencerville, it is usually rather busy for the size of the town.
