How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

These are not the correct coordinates! These coords will get you into the parking lot for the West-Brook (not Westbrook) Ice Rink. The easiest way to get this cache (after you find the coordinates from O.I.T.S. #7, 8 and 9 that is) is to head down Parkside Drive just on the other side of the trees behind the skating rink.

This is the final stage of the O.I.T.S. series 7, 8 & 9. To find the coordinates for this cache, you need the numbers on logs for 7, 8 & 9. Each log also contains one number for the combination lock on the container for #10.

In this cache we placed the following items (photo attached) to start it out:

6 finger trap toys
6 animal squirting toys
3 bounce balls
2 packages of glow sticks
3 packs of 8 batteries each
6 Bella2032 cards (a rare collectible!)
6 BenDen5 cards (a rare collectible!)
6 MrBill308 cards (a rare collectible!)

The FTF can choose what they want. There aren't any special FTF items. Just some good swag for all.

Note: If you can't lock the ammo can closed, just lock the chain to the bar on the ammo can. We are working on making it easier to lock because it isn't easy now. I think, as marcipanek suggested, we may place the ammo box into a larger container that would make it easier to lock and also protect the lock from rust once winter (or rain) arrives.

Please trade in and out properly assuring the next cacher something as good or better than it was left originally. Please relock the cache properly assuring a cacher cannot open it without the combination (thru two chain links, the cache cover and the added piece bolted on). And please rehide as good as possible.
