Dåapma er med sine 644 moh den høyeste toppen i Roan kommune, en av de høyeste toppene på Fosen og her er også grensa mellom Roan, Namdalseid og Åfjord kommune. Utsikten fra toppen er helt fantastisk og turen opp er også nydelig. Enkleste vei opp på sommerstid er nok å kjøre inn skogsbilveien fra Lonin og parkere ved Vargfossnesa naturreservat. Gåturen videre blir da ca. 9 km en vei og du passerer Skurvvatnet som er kjent for stor ørret! På vinteren går det fint å gå på ski fra riksveien ved Lonin.
Selve cachen er noe dristig gjemt oppe på selve toppen, men det aktuelle gjemmestedet var så perfekt at jeg bare måtte ta sjansen. Forhåpentligvis vil mugglere la den være. Cachen inneholder noen små bytteting, loggbok, blyant og FTF sertifikat med FTF pin.

Dåapma with its 644 meters is the highest peak in the Roan municipality, one of the highest peaks in Fosen and here is also the border between Roan, Namdalseid and Åfjord municipality. The view from the top is fantastic and the walk up is beautiful. The easiest way up in the summer is probably driving the dirt road from Lonin and park at the Varg Foss Nesa nature reserve. The walk further is then approx. 9 km one way, you pass "Skurvvatnet" known for big trout! In winter, it's nice to ski from the main road at Lonin.
The cache is a bold tucked up on the top, but the actual hiding place was so perfect that I just had to take a chance. Hopefully "mugglers" leave it. The cache contains some small change things , a log book, pencil and FTF certificate with FTF pin.
