This cache is located near a spot I've driven by many, many times. I've even stopped here for driving breaks and to change a tire. You used to be able to pull over here and rest or even camp. Now, it's used for a holding pond, a transfer station and road equipment storage. Once the highway moved, I lost this little oasis.
You can park and get to the cache from the old highway. You do not have to get close to the new highway to reach this one. Muggles are sometimes nearby moving equipment.
