Heartland Cacher: Greetings from Geocaching.com I'm Heartland Cacher, one of the volunteer reviewers for new caches submitted to Geocaching.com from Nebraska and Wyoming.

It has been a while since I first looked at this cache. I can't find any recent responses from the Cache Owner about maintaining this cache which makes it appear the Cache Owner is either unwilling or unable to maintain the cache. Cache maintenance includes listing maintenance including updating any changes to the text, updating coordinates, removing needs maintenance attributes and enabling the listing. The cache will be archived and removed from the active cache listings. Should the owner decide to maintain the cache in the near future (30 days), just contact me (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, I'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

Cache is located inside of a state park so please take note of the time limitations as well as the $4 for residents and $6 for non-residents park fee. There are many caches in the park as well as plenty of things to do.

This cache is in a area of the park that is a little ways off from the rest of everything, but that doesn't mean there is nothing cool over here. Right in the nearby area is a shop and even an area where the park has some goats. The main reason for this cache is what you will notice when you get to GZ. Buried here is a time capsule buried in 1990 with the plans of digging it up in the year 2090 celebrating Wyoming's 200th year so if I live to the ripe old age of 106 I'll be able to see this event.
