Geocache Description:

You are looking for a micro camo scuba tank hidden in the Howard Technology Park. Park at the coordinates and walk. Do not stop in the road to get this one.

This park is supposed to be a technology park just brimming with activity, but the economy has turned it into more of a walking and biking park for residents. Park at the coordinates and walk to this one, it should be an easy find. The day I hid this cache, the moon was out and full and it was just kinda warm instead of insufferably hot. It was a beautiful day.
