Geocache Description:

J-Power is a compact city type coal-fired power plant where the energy efficiency improvement was united to the negative environmental impact decrease by the world highest level.

There is "ISOGO energy plaza" that is free facilities for entrance in the Isogo thermal power plant premises at J-Power.
The mechanism of the coal-fired station can be studied in the facilities. There is "Hamakaze plaza" where it can stroll freely in the second floor.

ISOGO energy plaza
10:00-16:30 (Tuesday and year end and new year are closed).

Hamakaze plaza
09:00-16:30 (Year end and new year is closed).

This multicache is 3 stages.
STAGE 1 and 2 Coordinate & Question.

Stage 1
Count the number of turbine DISKS :A
You need not enter the Isogo energy plaza. It is possible to confirm it from the outside. The low temperature turbine is a white machine.

Stage 2
Figure of three digits that there is description in blue signboard :B

E 139° (A*2+6).(B*2+A*7-1)

There are quite a lot of Muggles, too and note surroundings in the surrounding, please when taking it out.

J-Powerは、環境負荷低減とエネルギー効率向上を世界最高水準で両立したコンパクトな都市型石炭火力発電所です。
磯子火力発電所構内に入場無料の施設である「ISOGOエネルギープラザ」があります。
石炭火力発電所のしくみを分かりやすく学べるほか、2階には自由に散策できる「はまかぜ広場」があります。

10時～16時30分（火曜、年末年始は休館）

はまかぜ広場
9時～16時30分（年末年始は閉鎖）

このマルチchacheは3段です。
ステージ1-2の座標と問題は、Additional Waypointsを見てください。

低圧タービンの円盤の数 :A
外からも確認できます。なお、低圧タービンは白い機械です。

Stage 2
青い看板に記載がある三桁の数字 :B

FINAL STAGE

また、Mugglesがかなりいますので、取り出すときには周辺に注意してください。
