Longley Shortly Traditional Cache
Encuentro: Regretfully I am going to permanently archive this my first cache. With hindsight I believe the location was too public. The cache has been stolen. It's a shame for those owners who lost TBs. I'll be more careful in future.

This has been created as a quick park and dash in the woodlands bordering Longley golf course, but you can stroll gently if you've nothing on.
Parking at N 53 deg 38.450 W 001 deg 46.110
The footpath is dog poo free, can be a bit muddy and slippery after rain, so please use appropriate footwear.
Nearby wildlife includes albatross, eagles, birdies, gorillas and round robins. Bogeys abound, so do be careful.
Take a peek at the golf course whilst you're here; it's very pretty, very pleasant, well maintained and probably the best nine hole course for miles. The walk around the perimeter is about a mile back to your car if you have time.
The cache has some tree cover, so my GPS is accurate to about 4 - 6 metres. I've averaged out six readings taken over three days. Let me know your own readings if they differ significantly and I'll amend the coordinates if necessary.
You are looking for a 1.1Lt round clip top container which I won at the Clothiers event last month. It's the first cache I've placed, so I welcome any comments to help me do better in future.
If you can see the flag, you are pretty near the cache; if you can't, the golf course is shut.
Contents on placement were, logbook, pencil, luxury eco-friendly pencil sharpener, golf ball, ping pong ball, small magnet, car shampoo, plus a double wammy of two Miles Apart TBs.
Please drop off as many TBs and geocoins as possible; I want this to be a busy cache which will become world famous in due course.
