Drunkin Monkeys: Removed this cache today. Too bad that the new requirements for Westmoreland County Parks are so prohibitive and this part of the park will be lost and forgotten now.
You can thank Westmoreland County Parks & Recreation for the removal of this cache as they instituted ridiculous rules & regulations, but refused to respond to the email they requested us to respond to concerning permits and didn't give anyone a chance to request permits because they failed to respond.
It's a shame, this cache brought well over 100 people into the park that would have never known about it.
Such a shame.
