Nearby to road just a few hundred yards from the start point, over grass, not suitable for wheelchairs in wet conditions but memorial itself is fairly accessible.
This is a small clip lock container holding a log book and pen, poppy, and a few small toys for exchange.
The co-ordinates are for parking and seeing the memorial from which you will need to get clues. The cache is NOT hidden near the memorial itself.
The Memorial was put here to mark the site of an Air Landing Ground used during the Second World War by squadrons of the Royal Canadian Air Force and the 362nd Fighter Group USAF who took off to support the invasion of Normandy.
