Geocache Description:

The cache is a mug sized US Army decon pack in a camo bag. It is a nice easy find, suitable for children.

The reason I called this cache "First things first: wp3" is because it is my first geocache and I am wp3 of "wps go caching". The cache is rated 2.5 for difficulty because the most obvious way to it from the village is along an overgrown, nettly path (I recommend that you wear long trousers!). You pass two WWII Pill Boxes on the way to the cache. One is impossible to access, but near to the cache there is one that is in good condition (apart from the graffiti) and is fun to explore.

The items that I have put in this cache are:

  • Four Doctor Who cards
  • One Moshi monsters sticker
  • Mini pack of cards
  • Lego dog
  • Boy in six legged cat thing
  • "Heart to cache" badge
  • Two hair clips
  • Unused makeup brush
  • Rubber
  • Tracker Bug
  • Bouncy ball
  • Pencil (DO NOT TAKE. It is for writing the log)

This cache is part of the slowly forming "wps go caching" series that will mark out a walk around the village of Newport in Essex. You can park on The High Street.

The family geocaches as "wps go caching". This cache is part of a planned trail of geocaches leading you on a loop around Newport and was created, placed and named by wp3 who is 11 years old at the time of hiding. The others caches we have set so far are:
