Geocache Description:

This cache is located across the street from one of New Orlean's artist's studio and museum.

This should be a pretty easy grab. There didn't seem to be too many nearby parking spots though. I had to park down the block and walk back. You are looking for a bison tube. GPS coordinates should be pretty good, but my unit gave me a couple way off reading while trying to get a good set. If you find my coordinates off a good bit, please let me know. Good luck.
