Geocache Description:


This cache is not for everyone. Those who successfullly find cache and sign log will be few but dedicated. Congratulations in advance for accepting the challenge.

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates but it is within walking distance. You will need to solve the puzzle to determine the final cache coordinates.

One of the many things I enjoy about caching when I travel is seeing some new and fun caches placed by other cachers. I am a big fan of puzzle caches and recently ran across this set up (see "Griddler" GC1ZCDH by Mike) and thought that cachers around here might enjoy the challenge.

Nonograms are also called Griddlers, CryptoPics, CrossPixs and Pic-A-Pixs. They are picture logic puzzles in which cells in a grid have to be colored or left blank according to the code of numbers given at the side of the grid to reveal a hidden picture or clue.



Solve the puzzle to reveal part of the cache coordinates and use logical deduction to complete coordinates. You can print a copy of puzzle by clicking on puzzle worksheet tab located just before logs start.

GZ is a hidden little oasis that I hope adds to the enjoyment of hunting this cache. If you approach quietly there is a very good chance to see one of several types of wildlife. Plan on staying for a few minutes and enjoying the peacefulness of this area. Bench close by which is perfect for resting and observing.

My main goal when hiding geocaches is to encourage all participants in the game to get up, get out, get moving, get connected with family and friends, and get engaged physically and mentally with life. I hope I accomplish my goal.
