Plenty of parking available at lorry park, which can be found at waypoint.
Then it is a short walk across a very busy main road, which has a pedestrian crossing, along side nell's cafe to bridle path.
The footpath does have a few nettles and should take about 10 minutes to get to our cache.
This local area was used as an airfield, which operated from 1932 until 1956. Part of the runway can still be found under the pylon, just outside the woods.
My husband used to play here as a child and children still play here today, mainly for bike riding and using the bumps to do stunts.
2 litre lock and lock lunch box, room for larger swaps.
Cache includes a pencil, sharpener and many swops.
First to find trackable bull dog, in memory of our dog Storm, who is dearly missed.
