This is a social event for geocachers. An opportunity for GPS
lovin’ folks to get together, drink some coffee, eat some
sugar, and tell caching war stories.
Come on down and put some faces with the
caching names you see in logs all the time. Newbie cachers ALWAYS
welcome, bring your questions, they'll be plenty of veteran cachers
around to help you out.
Geo-event Info:
Tuesday September 20th from 5:30 p.m. 'till 9:30 p.m. @ the
Nervous Dog Café on Steels Corner Road just west of Route 8, by the
new Courthouse.
Be sure to sign the log book! Wear a name tag. Bring some good
geocaching stories! Show up when you can, we'll be there.
About Us....
C.B.G.B. is a geocaching club serving members near the waters of
the Ohio & Erie Canal in Summit, Stark, Portage, Medina, &
Cuyahoga counties. Club is open to anyone regardless where your
home coordinates may be, excludes no one. No dues to worry about,
no allegiances to swear, no oaths to recite, and no hazing to
endure.
No officers are elected, the name
alone binds this group together with a little direction provided by
some 'trustees'. We exist to encourage geocaching fellowship &
education.
Come join us!
Other Geo-events in the area....
The original geocaching club in northeast Ohio is NEOGeo. NEOGeo
has been holding a monthly coffee house type event called "Sittin'
Round Talkin' Cache" (SRTC) since Summer of 2004! SRTC travels
monthly to different cities on (mostly) the east side of Cleveland.
It is the oldest active continuously running Geo-event in the
country! It never ends! Just the date and the coords change
monthly. It has over 2,200 logged "Attended". You can log it every
time you go to one.

There are many other geo-events happening every month of the
year all over northeast Ohio. Best way to keep track of them is to
click “All Nearby Caches of this Type” button down
below on this cache page. Doing so will show you only geo-events
like this one.
