Geocache Description:

On a warm, clear day, this parking area will be full of cars due to the allowed beach access here.
Known to the locals as "Free Beach" it is free to enter and a lot of people "go free" as well.
Southbound traffic flys by at 75 MPH so be careful pulling off and re-entering HWY 101
