Easy drive up area and a trail to stroll around on.
With Waterton Park not far up the road this place needed a cache so we spent some time and effort to gain permission.
Contents started as Bird stolen from Angry birds cache. A deer Mark coin, A you will go geocaching coin, log book, key chain, Christmas tree, Limo game Lanyard and a Toonie for the first to find prize.
The coordinates take you to an area you need to do simple math to find the cache. Here there are 3 pieces of Pioneer equipment. The smallest one has a number on each of its 2 wheels. Take those numbers and add them up. Then find the equipment that has a seat, and count the holes in the seat. Take that number and add them to your first sum from the wheels. that is the last 2 numbers you need to find the cache. So your north number is 49 08.045 and your west number is 113 36.1?? This has been found and destroyed a couple of times so I did a complete redo, the same puzzle will help you find it, and the clue maybe helpful as well. It is now smaller with no trade items.
When you find the cache please be careful to put it back just the way you found it.
