There's a pipe out there somewhere with my cache in it! All you gotta do is find it! This is probably my hardest geocache yet, it's really easy to get to it, but really hard to solve it! You will need a partner to do this. Waterproof lights and hardhat will also be needed. Please do not attempt after heavy rains.
