Geocache Description:

CITO hosted in partnership with the Grand River
Conservation Authority
Snyder's Flats - Sunday October 23rd, 9:00am
Bloomingdale, Ontario

Whether you can come for a few minutes or a few hours please join us in giving back. What better way to give back than cleaning up trash and helping to preserve the natural beauty of our outdoor resources? Our goal for the event is to rid the main trails and areas surrounding the ponds of trash. The posted coordinates are for the parking area where we will gather. The Grand River Conservation Authority has graciously donated garbage bags and free trash pickup following the event. Children are welcome with adult supervision. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed at all times.

Please gather at the posted coordinates for 9:00am for some announcements and instructions.
What to bring:
- Clothing appropriate for weather, cleanup will run Rain or Shine
- Hiking Boots or Shoes
- Water, we will try to have enough water on hand for all the volunteers but bringing additional water is a good idea
- Gloves, although some gloves will be provided you may prefer your own
- Camera, remember to take pictures and upload them to the CITO event page.
